Overview: The Biden for President Campaign is seeking a Program Content Specialist to support various functions of the content development team. The specialist will be tasked with drafting materials to communicate complex structures, processes, and outcomes to varying audiences. The specialist will report to the Content Development Director. We are looking for folks with a variety of backgrounds and experience, and are dedicated to building a team that looks like America. Key Responsibilities: Execute the content strategy as laid out by the Program Content Strategist. Regularly roll out program materials, prepare state calls and briefings, and create memos to aid departmental and statewide campaign efforts. Create assets such as trackers and reports, and manage tasks and project implementation to support daily content needs. Reformat and edit content sourced from other departments. Deliver on priority projects, like office openings, weekends of action, convention Support the Program Content Strategist in managing the content development workflow. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to handle projects with the appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work well under pressure with humor and grace. A team player that recognizes the importance of working collaboratively. Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience on a political campaign. The salary for this position is $65,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience. This is a cycle hire position with an end date of November, 15, 2024. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500. Due to FEC regulations, only U.S. citizens or U.S. green card holders are eligible to apply for this role. See 52 U.S.C. 30121; 11 C.F.R. 110.20(i).
