Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the migration of home drives from on-premises file shares to OneDrive, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, constraints, and expectations. Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans. Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Office 365, focusing on OneDrive and related technologies. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during and after migration. Train and support end-users, promoting the effective use of OneDrive and other Office 365 applications. Monitor and report on migration progress, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Optimize the Office 365 environment to enhance performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Office 365 administration and consulting, with a focus on OneDrive. Proven experience migrating home drives from on-premises file shares to OneDrive at an enterprise scale. Azure AVD design and deployment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and associated technologies.
