To expand this service to more people, we are looking to add an Employment Consultant who is fluent in using, translating, and providing instruction in American Sign Language to our team! This certification will increase the starting rate by $3.oo above the standard. Be Your Best! -- Documentation, billing, sorting through case notes, and keeping all the moving pieces in place for each person on your caseload can sometimes be... boring. Important! Your schedules are malleable, and who you support and how might change from one moment to the next. Embrace it! Flexibility is a perk of the role. Salary This position, with a certification in ASL, starts at a competitive wage of $24.00, with a 15% shift differential. We are also currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus --$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months-for certain positions. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays, and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.60 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $27.60 on nights and weekends! Qualifications for Employment Consultants Degree in American Sign Language Passion for service and desire to support others to achieve their employment goals. Bachelor's degree and/or 1-year job seeking or training-related experience. Ability to work independently. Possess the computer skills basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft products, and data entry. Proven experience reading, writing, and speaking English effectively in business communication. 18 years of age or older, possess a current valid driver's license with a driving record of 2 or more years of safe and responsible driving, and be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States at the time of hire.
