CycleStar Indoor Cycling Fitness Instructor CycleBar, Northville, MI $40 - $80 per class ! We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST! CycleBar Instructors, aka CycleStars®, are the most DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL, and FUN group fitness instructors in the area. This is your opportunity to be part of something amazing! Our CycleStars® are the reason why our riders get up before the sun, and grind out that evening workout after a long day. We provide our CycleStars with continued training, exposure, opportunities for advancement and hands-down the best fitness stage in Michigan. Our compensation model for our CycleStars® is considered the industry's highest. As your rider base grows, and the seats begin to fill, so will your income opportunity. CycleStar® Duties And Responsibilities Organize, prepare and teach classes that include CycleBar® "pillar" elements: music, choreography, performance stats, and strength segment (weighted bar) Actively engage with riders by arriving 20-30 minutes before class to greet riders, assist with acclimation and setup for first-time visitors Stay after class to mingle with riders until the last rider leaves Be willing to assist with keeping the studio clean and always looking top notch Adhere to CycleBar® training method, brand and safety guidelines as outlined in CycleStar® Training Manual Notify studio manager in the case of any planned or unplanned absence, and work with management to secure substitution arrangements Actively represent CycleBar® at studio-organized events that are held periodically both within and outside the studio Be flexible to teach Private Rides/Fundraiser Rides/Charity Rides when needed. Work with Master CycleStars® to hone and improve class skills Build constantly changing playlists that motivate riders with exceptional cardiovascular results Desired Skills/Experience MUST have a passion for people and inspiring them High energy with a fun and infectious personality Rhythm and ability to ride to the beat Able to command up to a 45 person class and create an awesome experience Inspirational and compassionate Previous Indoor Cycling Experience Is Preferred, but not mandatory Those with experience in performing arts and dance have been highly successful with this job Perks of Being A CycleStar Instructor Leverage our state-of-the-art CycleTheatre® to do what you love on the best stage around complete with a DJ Booth for party rides Complete control at your fingertips of a multi-sensory experience for riders including music, lights, interactive multi-screen video, and real-time rider performance metrics Significant and ongoing investment in CycleStars® through training and development as well as actively marketing and promoting to drive riders to your class Corporate training available for motivated staff with some of the best cycling instructors in the country Enjoy market-leading instructor pay rates that escalate as your paid class size increases Grab the spotlight and inspire hundreds of people each week in our studio Applicants should send resume to XXXX@Cyclebar.com for interest in our Bloomfield Hills studio.
