We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This full-time position involves assisting with apartment open houses, showing appointments, assisting other agents, and helping the administration department. Responsibilities:• Attend Company's Open Houses• Attend all scheduled open houses hosted by the company• Attend all scheduled showing appointments with potential renters• Reach out to potential renters via phone calls, texts and emails• Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary• Assist Other Agents with Showing Appointments• Provide assistance to fellow agents during showing appointments• Assist Management and Administration• Offer support to management and administrative tasks as required• Maintain daily communication with the broker and manager to provide updates and discuss any issues or concerns. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 About Company: BRUMA Stands for BRonx Upper MAnhattan; our focus area.
