Under close supervision, performs all wiring assignments with quality and timeliness. Under close supervision, performs all wiring assignments with quality and timeliness. Installs wiring harness in cabinets and racks follows all safety procedures, cleans and maintains work area. Responsibilities:• Prepares work area.• Soldiers harness plugs.• Properly install harnesses in cabinets and racks.• Performs land wiring in terminals.• Reads and understands schematics.• Reads and understands drawings.• Keeps work area clean.• Works independently, with minimal supervision.• Works effectively as a member of a team, while continuously striving to improve and develop individual skills and knowledge.• Follows directions and understands work rules and procedures.• Follows all safety procedures while performing work duties. Qualifications:• Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.• Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.• Safety and Security – Observe safety and security procedures.• Quantity – Meets productivity standards. • Dependability – Follows instructions and responds to management direction.• Ethics – Treats people with respect.
