South suburbs of Chicago Very nice clinic Fully staffed Monday-Friday may consider 4 10hr shifts day on Saturday once a month 80 hrs of PTO Routine primary care Will be expected to give newborn immunizations School physicals Full benefit package with paid MP 403B retirement Incentive bonus Student Loan Forgiveness through NHSC 2K CME plus time off Salary $100-$115k 1:7 call by phone only, very light Nice offices, congenial staff Must have at least on full year as a C-FNP Current Illinois license and DEA 2.
