Description:
STGi is seeking a Floor Technician to provide services to our Georgia War Veterans Home. JOB SUMMARY:Maintain or restore floors in highly trafficked areas.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Clean, maintain, and/or restore floor surfaces. * Sanitize highly-trafficked spaces which may contain biohazardous waste. * Even the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool. * Utilize industrial or commercial grade cleaning products or equipment.Required Skills * Works in all areas of the facility. * Moves intermittently during working hours. * Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel and visitors. * Communicates with maintenance personnel and other facility personnel. * Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holiday when necessary as well as in other positions as needed. * May be subject to the handling of and exposure to hazardous chemicals.Required Experience * 1 yearSTGi is a workforce solutions company providing comprehensive healthcare delivery, Head Start and management consulting services and human capital solutions help our clients.
