This position will be located at the Webb City, MO facility. Additional locations may include Knox, IN, or Dalton, GA. Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunity and join our quest for the best.This role will lead the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) function for the five White Flyer facilities located at Coal Township (PA), Webb City (MO), Knox (IN), Dalton (GA), and San Bernardino (CA) by implementing and executing programs and initiatives necessary to achieve Olin Winchester's EHS vision.Essential Functions*: * Partners with Manufacturing Leadership to consistently follow proper EHS protocols, plans, and initiatives. * Oversees, measures, and supports site compliance with EHS regulatory requirements, procedures, and initiatives. * Ensures the maintenance and continuous improvement of the EHS management systems and documentation to support ISO and other regulatory certification and re-certification expectations. * Participates in Corrective Action management process, including development, deployment, tracking, and effectiveness. * Drives improvement through developing and monitoring EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), emphasizing leading indicators. * Partners with Manufacturing, Human Resources, and medical personnel to develop and implement work processes that reduce workplace injuries, Workers' Compensation claims, and costs. * Develops, designs, and implements efforts to assist with behavior-based safety programs and efforts focused on employee welfare, wellness, and asafe work environment. * Assesses EHS culture through independent observations, develops a cultural improvement strategy, and executes actions within the plan.Position Requirements*: * Bachelor's degree* in EHS, technical, or engineering field. * Minimum five years of recent related experience.
