Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Partner Level)Join our client and elevate your commercial real estate law career. This firm, known for closing billions in transactions and expert litigation, offers a unique opportunity for a Partner-level attorney with a portable book of business. Here you'll work on high-profile deals and complex litigation in a firm that's recognized nationally for its expertise. You'll collaborate with a diverse client base, from developers to institutional investors, ensuring varied and enriching work. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.- Structure, negotiate, and close complex joint venture agreements.- Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, including portfolio and securitized loans, mezzanine financing, and loan restructurings.- Handle litigation matters related to commercial real estate, including disputes between landlords and tenants, commercial foreclosures, and loan workouts.- Provide counsel on due diligence, deal negotiation and structuring, and transaction documentation.- Negotiate leases representing landlords and tenants across various asset classes, including retail, office, and industrial. Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.- A portable book of business.- Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions.- Strong negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills.- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and litigation.- Excellent client service and communication skills.
