Responsibilities: --- Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory --- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM --- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events --- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met --- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services --- To be able to estimate the job, write it up, and follow a follow-up process. Qualifications: --- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills --- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle --- A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred --- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience --- Experience using a CRM is preferred --- Must complete DISC assessment to be considered a candidate --- Must be located in DFW area About Company: TJ's Professional Painting is a family-owned and relationship-driven business specializing in painting and coatings for commercial and government entities.
