Construction Sales and Project Manager Full Time Experience: Mid-Level Pay Range $60K - $250K Salary/Commission to begin, then move to Full Commission. UTS is currently looking for an experienced Construction and Roofing Sales Leader to build and expand our team of consultants in the DFW, Texas, area.We expect this individual to grow into a management role. Position Summary The Construction Sales and Project Manager generates new sales leads and manages projects from conception to completion. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential clients and markets, focusing on commercial opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the Texas Triangle mega region. Using your blend of sales prowess and project management expertise, you must ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads in commercial roofing, metal buildings, and installation of various building products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and stakeholders within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Texas Triangle mega region Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to a variety of audiences. Conduct site visits and assessments to establish client needs and project requirements. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the project's entire lifecycle, coordinating with teams across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure profitability, monitor project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion on time. Address and resolve any issues or changes that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all managed construction sites.
