Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for Refrigeration Mechanic at Zeeland, MI, with minimum of 1 year of experience as a Refrigeration. Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.Job Title: Refrigeration Mechanic Job Location: Zeeland, MI Job Type: Onsite Required Skills: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role. In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls, including experience with ammonia refrigeration systems. Applicants will be considered for Associate Refrigeration Technicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr Refrigeration Technicians level openings. Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Desired Skills: Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team. Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment. Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed. Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment. Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals. Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
