We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Lead generation• Database campaigns• Close sales• Lead follow up• Set and execute appointments• Scripts mastery• Grow into full listing or buyer's agent Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
