We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our roofing company. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our roofing projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, assisting in material procurement, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities:The Production Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth job flow in the field and in the office• Order materials for and schedule jobs in timely manner• Manage all permitting for jobs as needed to include application, scheduling inspections, and closing out• Follow up/coordinate with subcontractors to confirm current days schedule (all trades)• Review Production Scheduler from the day prior and confirm all jobs are completed• Upload pictures, update Roofr accordingly• Complete Weekly file audit• Ensure Subcontractor Agreement is signed/enforced for each crew• Manage job expenses and submit job costing worksheet for each job Qualifications:• Previous experience as an assistant or construction experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, email, and Excel Compensation: $35,000 About Company: You are probably wondering..."Why JT Roofs?"
