Job description JOB SUMMARY: The Cycle Counter is responsible the daily counts of inventory. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for counting inventory on a daily basis to ensure the accuracy of stock on hand. * Research all discrepancies between daily counts and inventory records. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience:Previous experience in inventory control highly preferred Skills:Proficient in computer skills, beginner to intermediate excel skillsAble to use measuring tools such as a tape measure and calipersBasic math skills Typical Working Conditions: Manufacturing warehouse environment with occasional temperature changes in humidity.Constant noise with frequent vibrations.Working around equipment and machinery. Equipment Used:Must be able to use the reach forklift for necessary counts.Manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and dollies. Essential Physical Tasks:Push up to 50lbs rarely.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, talk, hear, and repetitively use hands.
