The successful candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate and be admitted as a notary public, with strong experience in real estate law, including lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions. Duties:Negotiate and analyze real estate transactions, including lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and property management agreements.Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate laws, regulations, and rulings.Draft and review real estate documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client objectives.Manage title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims processes.Advise clients on legal risks associated with real estate transactions and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.Interpret and apply laws and regulations relevant to real estate transactions.Draft routine leases and lease amendments.Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before executing real estate transactions.Provide representation for the firm's clients in real estate purchases and sales. Requirements:Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission as a notary public (essential)Strong experience in real estate law, including lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactionsProficiency in title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims processesFamiliarity with foreclosure proceduresExcellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skillsAbility to interpret and apply complex legal concepts in the context of real estate transactionsProficiency in Microsoft Office programsStrong networking abilities and interpersonal skills Education:Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission as a notary public
