Real Estate Agent Training Mentorship - In-Person We are looking for positive, outgoing, fun people to become top-tier California real estate agents! Get hands-on, real-world training and individual mentorship from people who have multiple built top-ten national real estate teams. Develop the skills to acquire clients to buy and sell homes. Top performers have the opportunity to build their own real estate team. Join a community of supportive and positive people who have extensive experience mentoring agents from brand new to top 1% performers. This internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation. People in this position receive: • Listing training• Host open houses• Contracts training• Participate in Community Events• Turn any conversation into a new client• Relationship strengthening techniques• Skills to turn friends and family into clients and referrals without being “salesy”• Hands-on Individual Mentoring• Personalized Branding and Marketing for top performers• Networking and building relationships• Work both individually and with a team• Learn wealth-building and passive-income strategies• Growth opportunities and earning potential• Leads and Networking opportunities Responsibilities:• Be your authentic self!• Set appointments with prospective clients through calls and door knocking, networking, and events• Host Open Houses• List homes for sale• Participate in team and community events• Meet with clients to strategize to assess their home-buying needs• Help individuals and families get into the perfect home Qualifications: Availability: • In-Person or Online peer mentorship Tuesday and Thursday mornings• In-Person training Friday mornings Preferred: • Multilingual• Competitive Sports background• Door-to-Door Sales Experience• Customer service experience• Attended Hogwarts• Are force sensitive Required: • Must currently have a valid CA Real Estate License or one in Progress • FUN!• Action / Doer mentality• Wealth mindset• Consistently positive attitude• Willingness to work with high-end clients• Great work ethic• Student mentality• High integrity• Reliable Transportation• Learn and practice scripts on a regular basis About Company: We believe that through great people, all things are possible.
