Scott Varley Real Estate has an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your property maintenance skills. We place great importance on dependability, in-depth expertise in repairs and maintenance, and outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. Come aboard our team and ensure all maintenance and repair duties are carried out professionally and effectively. Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour. Responsibilities:• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial buildings• Install and repair drywall, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, and other components in structures• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, and provide cost-effective solutions• Inspects building systems to ensure safe and compliant operation• Provide responsive customer service and address complaints in a timely manner Qualifications:• 1+ Year(s) of maintenance experience• Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues• Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations• Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively• US work authorization Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly About Company: The mission of the Scott Varley Real Estate Team is to provide exceptional customer service, lead the real estate market, and build a world class team of agents.
