Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team at a building-specific location in South Naples. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans- Administer medication, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed by the patient's physician- Monitor patients' conditions and provide necessary education and support to help them manage their health- Document all patient care activities in accordance with company policies and regulations- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients- Communicate regularly with patients, families, and caregivers to provide updates on the patient's progress and address any concerns Qualifications: - Current Florida RN license- Home Health Experience required- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health setting- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient's homesThis is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
