Plex AdministratorDexter, MI Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.The Plex ERP Application Specialist will be an important part of the IT team supporting the most critical software applications for our manufacturing systems: our Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERPs) and related expansion modules. The ERP Specialist is responsible for administration, analysis and support activities associated with the ERP software implemented at all manufacturing and corporate sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will collaborate with others to establish and improve processes and procedures. What You Will Do: Monitor, investigate, resolve, and document support tickets from users Take ownership of problem management and prioritize remediation of issues according to business needs Provide support for escalations from Tier 1 support. Support administration of login credentials and permissions when needed Perform software updates, upgrades, and new module installation Perform system administration activities including backups, data migrations, etc. Customize reports, data configuration, and functionality as required by users Assist with data import/export as required to improve productivity of business processes. Optimize performance when possible Support integrations with external software applications and systems Provide end-user training and develop documentation as needed Communicate modifications and new functionality Stay informed on software updates and technology trends and provide recommendations for future actions Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS). Maintain and review IT security policies. Knowledge and Skills That Enable Success: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives Project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) : 1. Do your have a BA/BS or relevant work experience2. Do your have Strong Functional knowledge of Plex Systems knowledge in PLEX modules - Quality, Shipping, Production Tracking, Inventory and overall basic knowledge of all other plex modules (Required)3. Do your have experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (Required)4. Do your have 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment supporting business functions and PLEX ERP system modules in Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory and Labels. ยท1 to 2 years of Plex System Deployment and Plex support experience - referred experience5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
