Tasks and Responsibilities :Under direct supervision, performs basic operations to test and repair downhole cable for submersible pumps and motor equipment. :Receives cable and carries out basic tests.:Uses hipot machine to make basic repairs and learns how to splice cable.:Completes paperwork to send cable to inventory or field. :Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. : Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent is required.:The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. :Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred.:This is an entry level position where the employee is expected to learn all relevant company HSE policies and procedures and to demonstrate their application into his/her duties.
