Position Summary As VP, Marketing, you will be responsible for full marketing operations, including demand generation, product marketing, brand development and content creation. You will be a key contributor to the growth strategy for Dover Digital's companies, developing both the team and the strategy to lead our various digital marketing programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Manages broad range of marketing and technical talent, including agencies, to deliver world class digital marketing capabilities supporting our SaaS businesses: Drives the digital marketing strategy and sets best practices for both emerging and established international markets: Brings together the marketing strategists to identify and address digital challenges and opportunities within established and expansion markets: Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns: Understands and articulates deliverables within context of a project timeline: Ensures ongoing development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage, and retain Dover customers: Reviews performance statistics and tracks key trends to optimize marketing performance: Aligns digital strategy with the overall organizational marketing goals and objectives Qualifications / Requirements/Desired Characteristics : Minimum 7 years' experience in Software/SaaS marketing: Successful track record developing high performance marketing teams: Full marketing operations experience (demand generation, product marketing, brand/content, etc.): Strong knowledge and application of digital marketing, social media platforms and advertising techniques: Organized self:starter who can prioritize tasks and deliver on multiple projects at once : Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization: High energy, customer focused, and results oriented: Acts in a manner consistent with Dover's core values STATEMENT OF NON:INCLUSIVITY This job description is not to be construed as a complete listing of the duties and responsibilities that may be given to any employee.
