Job Summary The Heavy Equipment Lube Tech performs preventative and minor repair and restorative maintenance on heavy industrial equipment. That's why we give you a wide range of benefits to choose from. :Medical, Dental, Vision:Company:paid life/AD and D insurance:Paid sick/vacation/holidays:401(k):Employee Assistance Program (EAP):Additional voluntary benefits Compensation 28.00 : 32.00/hour Responsibilities:Service and perform minor repairs on gas and diesel heavy equipment such as scrapers, excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, water and lube trucks, pick:ups, and other support equipment.:Check and fill fluids, service lube points, and perform routine preventative maintenance.:Maintain service, repair, and maintenance records.:Prepare work orders and order parts in SAP.:Maintain positive relationships with plant personnel.:Keep work area clean and orderly.:Perform other duties as assigned. Education High school diploma/GED preferred Requirements/Qualifications:Clean driving record and a valid driver's license required.:Experience working in an industrial shop environment.:Able to work both independently and withing a team.:Able to operate vehicles and equipment for testing and troubleshooting before and after performing maintenance activities.:Able to provide own tools.:Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer programs.:Physical requirements: able to lift 60 lbs., bending, stooping, and stretching regularly.Preferred: :Welding experience.:Experience working with Visionlink.:SAP experience.:Mechanics certifications.:CAT SIS Program experience. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to a post:offer pre:employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA:regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. LI:JG1
