Hopebridge Recovery is seeking a Lead Therapist for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Cleveland, Ohio. The program provides PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18+).Join the groundbreaking journey at Hopebridge Recovery, a dynamic startup in Cleveland, OH, dedicated to transforming lives through its outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program. We're on the hunt for a seasoned and passionate Lead Therapist who wants to innovate and expand services for adults. This is your chance to architect and steer the clinical direction of our program, including PHP, IOP, and OP services.Immerse yourself in a role that blends strategic oversight with the opportunity to provide direct clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and recovery support.As the program grows, so too can your career - come grow with us! QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field and Licensed in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy required (i.e. LISW-S, LPPC-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist) Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required. ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
