Injection Molding technicianResponsibilities/duties: Responsible for running stretch blow molding machines. Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications. Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines. Load and clean between color changes in mold machines. Audits and records process changes to help maintain the highest level of efficient operation. Maintain process control books/sheets in an organized manner. Performs hourly bottle weight checks to insure we are at correct weight. Responsible for quality checks and machine adjustments and associated documentation of those changes. Responsible for daily production records and quality control records for all lines assigned to operate. Ability to use basic hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $25 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule : 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (rotating schedule) (must be able to work on weekends) Experience: 2 years of Injection molding operations (required) 2 years of Manufacturing (Required) Work Location: Monroe, New Jersey (In person)Powered by JazzHR
