Personal Fitness Trainer

Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout• Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals Qualifications: • Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
