A manufacturing company has an opening for a Quality Technician who values accuracy and efficiency and who embraces the challenge of a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. This is a first shift position working 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Perform first piece inspection and in-process and final testingConduct daily part auditsControl non-conforming materialsPerform inspection and testing of raw materials that were received and periodic inspections of all products in production statusFollow all quality policy and procedures in the manualPerform other duties as required Job RequirementsJob Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GEDMust have an understanding of quality control conceptsFamiliar with IATF 16949 is a plusStrong math skills is requiredExperience with Microsoft Suites and SharePoint are preferredMust have an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlinesMust have excellent communication and organizational skillsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesOnly those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
