Senior National Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities: If you are a strategic sales leader with experience in National Accounts, we want to talk to you! Attain monthly sales revenue and quota.Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals and budgets.Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member in an effort to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas.Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase Canon market share.Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees.Experience to include Sales Management and knowledge of National AccountsSales experience into national big box retailers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) is required.In depth process knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage National AccountsCandidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external business partners and internal executive management.Candidate must be self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and performing multiple tasks, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales teamLeads others through change and has the ability to manage through resistance.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker.Strong communication, presentation skills and organizational skillsAnalytical approach in identifying opportunitiesStrong negotiation skillsProven experience in managing, motivating and training a sales teamProficient computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners.Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position.This position requires driving; therefore, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.
