Hybrid.Typically 36-40hrsa week.What will you do? * Recruiting Activities * Payroll preparations * HR Data Management * Access Requests * Electronic Filing * HR related projects * Working with a wide range of people including management, production operations, and functional employees. * Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.What do you need for this role? * Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business * Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with visualization/reporting tools considered an asset. * 2.75 GPA or higher * 1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required * Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Experience working in a team environment is a must * Motivation to set and achieve goals, take initiative, and nurture projects forward * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and networksThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
