About the Role Are you passionate about crafting software products that empower both end-users and entire businesses to operate more successfully and happily? Are you enthusiastic about jumping in to particularly hard to solve problems? Do you consider yourself an expert in enterprise product management, CPQ/ quoting, or professional services operations?As a member of our PSA Services CPQ product team, you will be at the forefront of a brand new, uniquely designed product offering, drawing on inspiration from Workday's acquisition of market-leading Zimit. As we work to bring this new product to market successfully, you will engage regularly with customers to deeply understand their needs and imbed with our development teams as we collectively attempt to solve for those in a strategic and efficient way, all in an Agile environment. What a Product Manager does at Workday: We innovate: Designs products that enable users to spend less time consolidating data across different systems and is streamlined and intuitive without sacrificing functionality or compliance. This is achieved by using a combination of functional/operational knowledge, the ability to think analytically, and a desire to make a difference.We collaborate: Serve as a user-representative who can convey both product vision and functional requirements to technical audiences and drives the product development life cycle. We work closely with development, UX, research, sales, services, partners, implementation teams, production support, functional architects, and the rest of our product team to sell and support our vision, while enabling happy and successful customers. Teamwork is the key to success.We are the voice of the customer: Talk to customers to understand what features customers need/want to advise the product roadmap. Liaise with relevant parties, including development, QA, documentation, product support to facilitate the release process. Resolve customer critical issues as needed.We lead: We keep our eyes on the horizon and do what we can to earn the right to lead the market. We evaluate customer, competitive and market data to ensure that we fully understand the market dynamics. We develop and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to address those needs and dynamics. Evangelizes new product features and benefits at user conferences and other venues.We deliver: Plans releases and sets roadmaps. Designs features and sets functional requirements, then tracks and reports progress against goals. Committed to building product that drives realizable outcomes and has real impact for our customers. About You Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management, OR functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Operations / Quote generation for a Professional Services organization, Configure Price Quote, SaaS product that served professional services customers Other Qualifications Experience in a finance related roleEnterprise system configuration, administration, integration or implementation experienceFast learner, detail oriented, and enjoys a fast paced work environment. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
