Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse/RN Supervisors. Job Qualifications: Valid NYS LPN license Previous LPN experience working with geriatric population required Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Must be availabile for per diem basis, Shift hours are 7am - 3pm, requires every other weekend
