But, seriously, enough about us…we’re really excited to learn more about YOU! About This Role The Director of Project Management will lead our Gigabit Internet installation team. You will be responsible for overseeing and efficient deployment of our services in current and future buildings. Working with our internal and external stakeholders your team will plan, budget schedule, coordinate and manage the installation of network equipment required to deliver exceptional internet service to our customers. You have experience in managing implementation teams, working with internal and external groups to deliver successful projects. The ideal candidate has a track record of creating and implementing successful project management processes and tools required to efficiently coordinate activities and achieve results, with a focus on project budgets/cost management. We have a collaborative, fast moving culture that puts customer experience above all else, our exceptional growth requires continual change in both process and tools to required to meet the high level of support our customers deserve. Responsibilities include managing project team, developing process’s, KPI creation and reporting to the C level, project planning, resource allocation, and contractor management, along with providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards for each project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage team responsible for the deployment and activation of intent services in partner buildings. Manage team responsible for network upgrade and expansion projects. Identify process weakness, implement improvements. Collaborate with system dev team to identify and Implement workflow tool. Ensure team compliance with processes and standards. Coordinate with internal Engineering and Construction teams on resource allocation and scheduling Survey new projects, develop a scope of work, provide equipment estimations, and develop Visio drawings and plans for each project. Attend site surveys with customers and provide excellent communication. Ensure that project activities move according to predetermined schedules. Assist in devising the project work plans and make revisions as needed. Perform a periodic inspection of work sites. Ensure project documents and checklist are complete for each project. Communicate to all stakeholders, directly managing escalations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in project management or related business field 3+ years’ experience in building and managing project teams. Knowledge and experience with project management practices Experience in implementing process, tools, and managing through change. 10+ years’ experience in a project management capacity Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Telecommunication or network experience a plus Compensation: Health and Dental benefits; retirement plan; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; and more great perks.
