Practice Area: Litigation - Labor & Employment,Employment Law - Management (Compliance & Counseling),Employment Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Job Overview: The law firm is seeking an Employment and Trade Secret Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on various aspects of employment law and employment mobility issues, along with experience in advising on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
