We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Follow the buyer plan of action team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
