Summary of Position: What you'll be doing: · Hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client consultation.· Generating and qualifying sales leads that will lead into high-quality business meetings.· Communicating the value of NetSuite's cloud ERP solutions to prospective clients and building relationships.· Consulting with clients to understand their needs and help them implement and configure NetSuite.· Supporting clients in transitioning to using NetSuite and getting the most value out of the system.· Utilizing communication tools and techniques to effectively engage with potential customers.· Developing expertise in NetSuite products and solutions through comprehensive training and support.· Keep track of market activities and stay up-to-date on the NetSuite ecosystem.· Represent the organization by attending conferences and industry events.· Analyse sales data and forecasts to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and work closely with the sales team to drive new business.· Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Technical Requirements and Qualification :· Experience in supporting clients in transitioning to and getting the most value out of NetSuite.· Ability to consult with clients, understand their needs, and help them implement and configure NetSuite.· Strong experience working in collaborative, team-based environment.· Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and professional communication style.· Highly motivated, flexible, and eager to learn· Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.· Strong experience in improving processes and systems to meet business objectives.· Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.· A bachelor’s degree in a technical or equivalent.· The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.· Written and verbal communication skills.· Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
