THE ROLE TomoCredit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for all Tomocredit products and experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and management teams to execute on our vision to create a financial system that is open and accessible to everyone. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Work with a cross functional team to design new products that meet customer needs Drive the product and business planning processes Analyze customer needs, current market trends and potential partnerships Define key metrics for the product and track and share these metrics within the organization Own the product and metrics from inception to launch to growth Launch innovative products that drive adoption Understanding of FinTech ecosystem and designing products within legal and regulatory limitations Assess current competitor offerings WHAT YOU'LL NEED 5+ years of product management experience Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, or related field Strong product design, technical, analytics, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing product vision and go-to-market strategy. Experience working with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps from initial idea to launch.
