The ideal candidate must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Duties:Conducting legal research on intellectual property matters related to high-tech industries.Assisting senior attorneys in preparing legal documents, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.Participating in patent litigation proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.Analyzing technical documents and assisting in patent prosecution.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.1-3 years of patent litigation experience.Admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. or eligible for admission by motion.Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.Exceptional research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to practice law in Washington, D.C., or eligibility for admission by motion.Skills:Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Superior research and analytical abilities.Proficiency in legal research databases and tools.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
