Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of installation experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC controls install tech that will troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC control equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC controls power and hand tools to get the job done. Responsibilities: • Enter completed projects and the parts used into database• Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram • Follow all applicable policies, codes, standards, and safety procedures• Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components Qualifications: • Must have a basic understanding of high voltage connections and low voltage electrical wiring• We require candidates to have a high school diploma or GED• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills• Bend and install conduit up to 1" EMT and rigid• Minimum 5 years experience Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly About Company: Retrofit Service Company, Inc. is an established and always-growing company that has been in business for over 30 years with a dynamic workforce.
