Maintenance TechnicianFull Time$22-$28 Hourly ($3 shift premium) What we offer: ? $2,000-$4,000 New Hire Bonus ? 12-hour shifts, 7:00 - 7:20, 4 days week one, 3 days week two ? Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following ? Shift Differential: additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm 7:20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm 11:20pm ? Skill Based Pay System - Raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations Responsibilities: * Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery * Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment * Ability to read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics * Repairs and fabricates * PLC programming * Safely operate a seated forklift * Properly program, setup, recover and diagnose robots * Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues * Accurately document department data / compete required paperwork * Practice safe shut down and lockout / tagout procedures * Qualifications: * Adhere to all safety policies * Steel, forging, manufacturing experience preferred * Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools * Good communication skills * Proven problem-solving skills * Technical knowledge * Strong work ethic * Ability to train others as needed * Work as a team
