Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the casino operations, including but not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting onboard the cruise ship - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies- Monitor and analyze financial performance to make informed decisions and adjustments- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any guest concerns or issues- Work closely with other departments to coordinate casino activities and promotions- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas and technologies to enhance the casino experience for guests- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employeesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino management, preferably in a cruise ship setting- Strong understanding of casino operations, including gaming regulations and procedures- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
