Lead your team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Much of your time will be in the field, calling on and developing customers.Our diverse customer base includes semi:conductors and high:tech industries, aggregate, food and beverage, paper, OEMs, schools, hospitals, government, and more. Develop your team to meet / exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team. : Hire, train, and develop strong performing team players: Develop, manage and implement service center sales activities and strategies, account assignment and territory management, sales performance goal achievement, margins: Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, competitive pressures: Recommend and implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, expand market share: Personal assigned accounts as required base, total comp Search for past HRA 50 miles from Fremont Qualifications: : 2+ years field sales management and/or leadership experience.: 2+ years B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.: Industrial distribution experience a plus: Operations and/or P and L experience a plus: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills: Written and verbal communication including English grammar: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR): High School Diploma or equivalent.Build a rewarding management career with a global leader in industrial distribution and watch your ideas and input drive what's next for our business Apply now for immediate consideration. In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is per year depending on experience.
