- Road Supervisor Pay Rate: $20.00 to $21.50 DOE Job Type: Full-time Location: Perris, CA Must Have: 2 Years Comercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsment (CDL+P) This position reports to the Manager of Support Services and provides general supervision over Coach Operators and ensures a safe workplace. What we're looking for:* Conducts Coach Operator evaluations and meets quota as expected per the SOP Follows up with Coach Operators regarding their evaluations and performance Ensures a smooth vehicle pull out process Effectively responds to accidents, breakdowns, and passenger related issues Monitors Zone as assigned and ensures service remains efficient Provides backup dispatcher relief as required Assists with customer compliant resolution as required Completes daily report to submit to the department manager Assists with disciplinary processes for Coach Operators on an as needed basis Ensures all Coach Operators are Fit-4-Duty when they arrive for work Communicates effectively with management Manages daily workflow through an assigned tablet What's in it for you?
