The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation, product liability, and other complex litigation matters. They must be prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, manage document productions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials are essential, as well as adept case management abilities.Duties:Drafting and arguing discovery and other motions.Taking and defending depositions.Managing document productions.Providing exceptional oral and written advocacy.Leading case management initiatives.Requirements:1-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation, product liability, and other complex litigation matters.Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.Strong academic credentials.Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of South Carolina.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of South Carolina.Skills:Strong legal research and writing abilities.Case management proficiency.Effective oral advocacy skills.A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Entrepreneurial mindset.
