Practice Area: Finance - Banking ,Finance - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Banking And Finance Associate Attorney with the following job overview and requirements:Job Overview:Join a prestigious law firm in New York City, NY.Utilize strong academic credentials and substantial law firm experience to handle complex banking and finance matters.Contribute expertise in leverage and acquisition finance, private credit, and refinancing to provide top-tier legal services.Duties:Handle various banking and finance transactions with precision and attention to detail.Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in complex financial matters.Draft and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to banking and finance transactions.Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop legal strategies and solutions for clients.Provide counsel to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management issues.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar is preferred.5-6 years of experience in banking and finance law, focusing on leverage and acquisition finance.Demonstrated expertise in private credit and refinancing transactions.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar is preferred.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of banking and finance laws and regulations.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
