These values dictate how we treat our customers, our co-workers, and ourselves!We are currently seeking a Large Format Press Operator at our Indiana Print Shop large format printing department. The operator will be responsible for the day-to-day print production and maintenance of the printers. The position requires a person who is very organized and great at prioritizing, organizing, and planning in order to see each job through completion and be able to meet given deadlines. Requirements: • Read and understand job tickets to ensure production is produced according to specification.• Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production.• Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments.• Must have the ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines.• Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed.• Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work.• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.• Perform other duties as assigned. Key Skills: • Ability to set up and operate various roll to roll printers. • Working knowledge of current RIP software Caldera a plus. • A strong attention to detail along with a sharp focus on quality.• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.• Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees. • Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality prints. • Perform other duties as assigned. Experience: • Minimum of two years of digital printing industry experience a plus• Willing to learn, we will train!• High School DiplomaTHIS JOB DESCRIPTION IS NOT INTENDED TO BE ALL-INCLUSIVE.
