About the Role : ProactiveDealer Solutions is experiencing a high growth period and seeking an InsideAccount Executive for their expanding team. The Inside Account Executive willprimarily be responsible for generating new business to business sales viahandling inbound leads as well as generating hunted opportunities in yourassigned territory. The Account Executive (AE) pay plan is made up of a basesalary, and commissions based on a number of unit goals by product on a monthlybasis. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Achieving growth and meeting PDS sales targets by successfully identifying and converting business opportunities in your assigned territory. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Handle all inbound leads and follow-up for your assigned territory ensuring a high conversion rate. Coordinate with the Fulfillment team to hand-off accounts from Sales to Fulfillment , smoothing ensuring a high retention rate. Design and implement a strategic sales plan and build relationships with your territory that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Adhere to sales processes and utilize Salesforce as instructed. IdealCandidate: *3+ years of demonstrated experience inAutomotive software and/or Professional Services sales*Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.*Highly organized with strong attentionto detail.*Strong work ethic and proactiveattitude*Comfortable with Modern Retail andService Retention concepts and strategies*Experience tracking all sales activityin Salesforce or relatable CRM *Strong computer skills, proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite AdditionalImportant Information & Offerings: M-F, 9 - 5 hours; In-Office Work Schedule $60,000 base salary with on-target earning potential of around $110,000 Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) plan w/ employer match PTO, sick time, and paid Holidays Team-oriented, positive, and supportive company culture environment PDN-9bb7363f-f52f-490e-8439-eab4f2a6f7d1
