Here you can view our current job openings and apply for positions online.Internal Candidate Reminders:1) Notify Your Supervisor - Prior to applying, employee must notify their current supervisor or local HR Manager/Generalist.2) Career Profile - Prior to applying to a role, employee must complete their Career Profile in Workday.3) 90 Days - Employee must complete their 90-day introductory period with Niagara AND be 90-days free of corrective action in order to apply to a new role.4) Performance Review - If employee has worked for Niagara long enough to participate in a performance review, they must have received Achieves Expectations or above, in most current performance review to apply.Warehouse LeadLead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).Essential FunctionsAbility to complete all essential function of Warehouse Associate positionLeading group of shipping and receiving team membersResponsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.Coordinates the location where each trailer will be loaded.Prepares the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).Communication with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product.Review of operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.Any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member s manager or supervisor Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
