JOB TITLE: Construction Office Administrator SUMMARY: MSR-FSR is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team with experience in working in a fast paced-high volume of documentation environments THIS POSITION IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Being in the office Monday-Friday is required DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review documentation for errors and incomplete information File documentation both hard copy and electronically Strong inter-department coordination and communications Must have strong working knowing of Excel and database management File, audit, track and maintain incoming and outgoing document tracking system of confidential and non-confidential construction documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization. Strong eye for detail and ability to work through issues w/o supervision. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience as an Office Administrator Demonstrated ability to successfully thrive in a team environment managing multiple priorities Must have medium to high level Excel skills Must have a high school diploma COMPETENCIES: Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
