This role will be a leader on the Chief Data & Analytics Officer's senior team, and would lead a team responsible for the management, development, and deployment of predictive or statistical models for our products, partners and clients around the world. This role plays an integral role in helping our clients reduce their risk-related losses and optimize their revenues through advanced analytics.Job Responsibilities* Lead and inspire high-performing teams of Natural and Hazard scientists and weather forensics to design, develop and deploy a suite of hazard risk & weather models and solutions.* Partners with the business stakeholders on the strategy & alignment of the roadmaps* Leads with operational rigor to define and deliver on the analytics roadmaps, be nimble and adjust to the business priorities and drives accountability.* Provide thought leadership and industry expertise assessing and understanding natural hazard risk in the housing.* Leads with outside in mindset, is in sych with the industry, competitive landscape and associated pressures, and brings that perspective to the strategy, roadmaps and innovation.* Leads transformation initiatives, including business cases to drive capital investments towards modern digital platform for innovation and scale.Job Qualifications:* Bachelor's or higher in a hard science, math, economics, statistics, an engineering field. In addition, an MBA is a plus* Viewed as an expert within the US residential insurance industry with 7+ years of experience at reputable companies in that space preferred* 10+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics preferred* Experience leading and inspiring high-performing and innovative teams* Proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions* Experience with Advanced Analytics, Software-driven Automation and Data Engineering with programming skills to retrieve, analyze and process data, and build machine learning models from the ground up* Strong people leadership experience including talent selection, engagement, growth, and retention* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* High P&L acumen with proven appreciation for meeting financial commitments and delivering on time, on budget high value solutions.* High level of accountability takes ownership of problems and sees them through to resolution; high energy thrives in fast-paced, high-rate-of-change setting; ability to balance competing priorities in a very dynamic/fast paced environment* Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsAnnual Pay Range:211,500 - 285,000 USDCoreLogic benefits information can be found here: http://www.yourcorebenefits.com/.
